The pharmacists are very nice and helpful. They work with you and try their best to help you in any way they can. They even entered my drivers license number in their data bank so if I forgot it at any time it was needed for a prescription there would never be a problem for me. Now thats great customer service. They order your medicine on a regular basis so when you have monthly appointments and you don't drive like me, you will be able to have your medicine. They are my only pharmacy I use!!!! Thanks much to the head pharmacist Richmond and his fellow pharmacists! See y'all soom :-)
I will never visit this pharmacy again outside of going to speak with her boss!
Absolutely love this location! It's well stocked and well kept!
We plan on going back to speak with the head pharmacy tech Mr. Richmond tomorrow in regards to Morryne. If at all possible please do not attempt to get any important medication during Morrynes shift.
My wife and I arrived to this location to get her pain medications due to her having a c section 3 days prior. We were met by a female who identified herself as Morryne who was absolutely unhelpful, unprofessional, unable to do her job correctly and decided to have a full blown back and forth argument with my wife about her insurance although it was her that was making an error. After a 40 + minute wait my wife was informed by Morryne that she didn't have to assist her and that she could take her prescription to another facility. I guess this was done so that she could cover the fact that she herself made the error resulting in a customer in pain being completely upset. She never apologized and when asked her managers name and number she said that we could speak with a gentleman named AJ who expressed several times that he had absolutely nothing to do with the pharmaceutical department.
I enjoy coming to this place.
I've been active duty for 10 years and have never carried an insurance card. The pharmacist told me an 1.5 hrs. After that 1.5 hours, she told me I didn't have any proof of insurance and she didn't know how to enter it into the system. I had to call my insurance and they had to talk her through how to put in into the system. But miraculously my record popped up while they were talking her through it. After I told her she had my information wrong. Almost 3 hours later and I still don't have my son's medication. I understand if she was confused but no one called me to ask about insurance in that 1.5 hrs and they didn't fill the prescription. Ridiculous!
Oh and yes I did get my wife's medications because she (Morryne) was the one making the error NOT us or the doctor or the insurance company as she so adamantly proclaimed.
