If I could give them NEGATIVE 15 stars I would. I wish I'd read the reviews prior to my arrival I wouldn't have wasted the 3 minute drive to go 2 doors down. I came here on the recommendation of a reliable source, only to be let down and disappointed in a MAJOR way.
My sales rep was John, he was excellent!! He understood my situation and got me into a vehicle within my budget. I appreciate the time and effort he took with me. The process was relatively simple and smooth. I would definitely recommend AMKO Auto!
However, after agreeing to pay a deposit on a vehicle that came closer to my requirements. When I requested documentation to substantiate my transaction, I was DENIED anything more than a credit card receipt and my deposit was voided.
I'm well aware of my challenging credit situation and for some reason the salesman that identified himself as James felt it necessary at every turn to remind me of how bad my credit is. After spending countless hours in this less than savory, unprofessional environment. I was told that I had but ONE vehicle to choose from and after repeatedly and adamantly expressing my wants and desires in a vehicle, I was ignored at every turn. After numerous "Calls to the Bank" as I was told they were 2 other selections came in to play and I then settled on a SUV.
Leon was on top of things from the time I casually sent vehicles I was interested in to the dealership online until the end! I wasn't really in the market for a car but decided to just stop and see what they had and ended up with a great car. They worked with me to find a loan package that would work for me and a few hours later I was driving away in a new car. I will come back to Amko Autos anytime I am in the market for a car. If you are looking for a vehicle go see Leon!

My service with Keith W. Was excellent. He made sure he found me a car in my price range and it is a great car. Everything with my experience was Great.

James Johnson was awesome. He really worked with us even though our credit and cash situation wasn't that greatest. He made sure we left with a car for my husband. Thank you so much James for all of your help today.
The salesman took shots at the other dealership, but the competition was offering a better deal.
This was by far the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, UNPLEASANT, UNSAVORY, SHADY interaction that I've had at ANY dealership.
